What suits your purposes best? A live broadcast from one of our studios? Or perhaps streaming a series of pre-recorded programmes where you, the participant, choose what is most interesting right now, like in the TV schedule?

When Fysioterapi [Physiotherapy] decided to hold its digital conference at the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre, it wanted a combination of both. This meant that for two days we broadcast the main track live from one of our state-of-the-art TV studios. Paying participants could take part in inspiring debates, keynote speakers and interviews.

In parallel, we created three digital “channels” filled with pre-recorded video material. At the end of each programme, viewers had the opportunity to put questions to the speakers. All to create as much interaction and inspiration as possible.

“In October 2021, we held our national conference Fysioterapi 2021. The conference was digital, and we held it in close cooperation with the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre and with great support from a digital meeting producer.

“We conducted our conference in a time of restrictions due to COVID-19. Thanks to the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre’s commitment, flexibility and professional approach, we were able to convert our planned physical conference into a digital conference with a fantastic result. In this conversion, we had great support and help from an experienced and very competent digital meeting producer. The digital meeting producer helped us by describing the possibilities the digital format offered us. With over 50 participating speakers etc. a lot of planning was also required to create the best possible conditions for the digital implementation. Our meeting producer planned and carried out this preparatory work, which was crucial for a professional implementation. In our live studio, it was the meeting producer who created the professional and interactive expression we wanted.
