Function rooms
Behind the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre’s main entrance you will find Mix. Our function room is ideal for celebratory evening activities, with space for 220 diners.
If you’re planning a party in the city, views of Gothenburg’s buzzing street life will add to the atmosphere – and Bryggan at Gothia Towers is a great choice. Up on the first floor, above our entrance, you can gaze out at the hustle and bustle of Korsvägen.
A cozy restaurant with possibilities for both big and small parties. Four “rooms”: The Terrace, Winter Garden, The Folly and Green Room. Together they make up our Seasons restaurant. Four rooms of varying sizes, all different yet forming one whole. Varied in décor but linked by a common four seasons theme throughout.
Most of our function rooms are extremely flexible, and can be customised to meet your needs. But it’s Gothia Towers Ballroom that really defines flexibility. It can be arranged as a high-class congress venue, with a large, fully-equipped stage and amphitheatre-style seating for 1,500, or as a fantastic banqueting hall for up to 1,100 diners, where everyone has a good view of the stage.
On the top of our third tower, on the 29th floor you´ll find our new function room “Imagine”. This is a fantastic venue with a view that stretches for miles in every direction. One hundred metres above the ground, in Gothenburg’s tallest building!
Event venues
As part of our “All under one roof” offering, we are pleased to be able to offer Scandinavium as an event hall. Scandinavium is one of Northern Europe’s largest indoor arenas, with a capacity of almost 12,000 people. Here, everything from major sporting events to concerts, large-scale meetings and banquets are arranged.
Our West Banqueting Hall is particularly popular for product launches, parties, events and more. The light and airy hall have its own entrance, and large expanses of glass looking onto the street. The West Banqueting Hall can be arranged as a smaller 665 m² room, making it the perfect space for informal gatherings for up to 400 people.

The East Banqueting Hall boasts a fantastic panoramic view of Liseberg and has its own entrance. It is equally well suited to exclusive events, exhibitions, informal gatherings or parties. The East Banqueting Hall can accommodate 2,000 guests!
Grand Center Banqueting Hall is our latest major venture, and is absolutely state of the art. It’s perfect for large parties or banquets! Grand Center Banqueting Hall can accommodate 1,800 seated diners or 2,500 people for an informal gathering. The fact that the hall is also directly next to our main entrance makes things easy from a logistical point of view.
The Theatre is neither a theatre or a restaurant. It’s something bigger. Much bigger. The closest equivalent to The Theatre is probably across the Atlantic – in a certain neon city in the desert.
