New Year package at Imagine

See in the New Year with an overnight stay and an exclusive New Year dinner at the top of our 3rd tower, in our Imagine restaurant – 29 floors above the ground.
We start with a welcome drink of sparkling wine, followed by a 5-course New Year dinner (menu shown below) paired with carefully selected wines.
Celebrate the arrival of the new year with the best views in the city. The festivities will then continue, for those who wish, in our lobby bar until 02.00.
You can take it easy on New Year’s Day, as your package includes a late check-out (13:00).

Deep fried lobster brandade with smoked mayonnaise
Dalsjöfors steak tartare with vendace roe and egg yolk

Langoustine – Crown dill – Apple
Fried langoustine with crown dill, preserved winter apple, salsify and browned butter

Fish
Halibut – Seaweed – Green peas
Milk & truffle poached halibut, deep fried halibut wing served with grilled potato purée, green peas and sour cream foam

Venison
Venison- Sea buckthorn- Buckwheat
Variation of venison, sea buckthorn, pearl onion with creamy buckwheat with and venison gravy

Cheese
Sølvræv – Swedish Whey butter – Sourdough bread
Sølvræv: Aged blue cheese, fried grated sourdough bread, “salty” Swedish Whey butter- ice cream

Sweet
Champagne – Wild strawberry – Cream cheese
Roasted almond cake with whipped cream cheese, wild strawberry & raspberry compote, champagne pearls and sorbet
