The bigger the meeting, the bigger the demands placed on the venue. Our rooms for medium-sized meetings are equipped with everything you might need and are highly flexible. Rooms A, E, F, G and H and the Expo Hall can be used individually, but can also be combined to create brand new spaces, which are ideal for events and exhibitions.

Always included in Medium category rooms:

  • A conference technician for a maximum of 8 consecutive hours per day and room. (The technician is on hand from 30 minutes before the set start time until 30 minutes after the stated end time, unless otherwise specified.)
  • A raised stage with lectern, two high tables.
  • Sound system suitable for speech and background music
  • A wired microphone on the lectern
  • A wireless microphone
  • Data projector
  • A choice of standard seating arrangements such as theatre-style seating with or without writing tablets, classroom-style seating or a U-shaped table. An extra cost is added for any refurbishments during the day and special furnishings such as round tables.”

A rooms

Here you will find 7 flexible rooms to accommodate 170-290 people/room.

E rooms

Popular rooms for slightly larger meetings, product launches, parties, events and more. Here we have four stylish rooms with space for between 140 and 300 people, three of which can be combined to accommodate 500 guests. The light and airy lounge has its own entrance facing towards Scandinavium, and large expanses of glass looking onto the street. Perfect for informal gatherings for up to 400 people.

F rooms

Our F rooms are supremely flexible, with their own entrance and great views of Liseberg. There are six meeting rooms in total, with space for between 140 and 360 guests each. Best of all, the rooms can be combined with each other in many different ways. Two rooms have space for around 600 people, and combining all six and the Expo Hall gives a total area of 4,400 m². That’s enough room for 2,000 seated dinner guests.

G rooms

Here we have four rooms with space for between 220 and 400 people, some of which can be combined to create larger meeting spaces. The result is a popular venue for meetings, exhibitions and events. The total area is 2,500 m², giving enough space for up to 1,700 seated dinner guests.
Next door is a foyer space which is ideal for exhibitions, informal gatherings or catering.

H rooms

These are some of our most popular and flexible meeting spaces. Two meeting rooms – with space for 250 and 300 people – that can easily be combined into one large room with a capacity of 500 people. Next door is Hall H, which is 1,400 m² in size – perfect for exhibitions and catering. The hall is particularly popular for product launches, being situated adjacent to the lifts.

 

J rooms

These popular meeting rooms are centrally located on the second floor. Naturally, they all have all the necessary technology, and can be adapted according to your needs. If you need any help, your conference technicians are never far away.
Another benefit is the J Lounge, a natural passageway outside the rooms. This is the perfect space for informal gatherings, coffee breaks and small-scale exhibitions, and always goes down well with our guests.
