What is a hybrid meeting? It is somewhere between a physical and digital meeting. Also known as a digiphysical meeting. The characteristic format is a digital/virtual element that is filmed or live-streamed in combination with a physical audience or participants on site. What distinguishes a hybrid event from a digital event is that it is designed to include and create interaction between the digital and physical audience and/or the participants. Examples of interaction can include networking sessions, chat function, voting, Q&A sessions or a live-streamed tour of the stand areas on site. The only limit is your imagination!  ​

Who is it suitable for? It is suitable for those who want to have physical participants in attendance and simultaneously connect with and possibly involve digital participants. ​
