Future VGR – Västra Götalandsregionen

The client’s objective was clear – they wanted a large hybrid event for 550 participants where half of the audience would be physically present in one of our studios and half would follow the conference via computer. Over the course of a full day, they would alternate between inspiration and information. Plenary debates would be combined with smaller lectures in separate meeting rooms. VGR wanted to have very good opportunities for interaction between the studios, those on site and the remote participants.

Of course, we would have liked to launch the hybrid conference as planned and welcome all physical participants to the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre. However, new restrictions meant that we had to switch to a fully digital live broadcast. Although it was at short notice, we were able to pass all the milestones in the original plan, thanks to flexible studio solutions and an experienced project team.
