A delicious variation of satisfying roasted cauliflower layered with a creamy ragout made from edamame beans and truffle pecorino, a rich cress and truffle emulsion and a mildly spicy vinaigrette of Marcona almonds.


Main course – fish

The house offers scallop-stuffed plaice fillet with a filling Gruyère potato rosti au gratin, dill-roasted carrots, prime pickled beetroot, vodka-marinated trout roe and a buttered lobster sauce.


Main course – vegetarian

Soft-baked portobello mushrooms and butter-fried porcini mushrooms served with a filling potato rosti au gratin. Accompanied by a rich Jerusalem artichoke crème, honey-roasted carrots and thyme-roasted goat’s cheese.


Main course – meat

A tender fillet of veal fried with spices by our chef and served with a filling potato rosti au gratin, honey-roasted carrots, prime pickled beetroot, roasted goat’s cheese and a rich truffle gravy.



A refreshing citrus mousse served with velvety raspberry crème and white chocolate. All topped with pistachio crisp and a crunchy oat biscuit.
