Message about Covid-19 (the coronavirus)
The Swedish Government has on March 11 taken the decision to limit events with more than 500 participants. The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre Group is acting in accordance with this decision.
Specifically, this means that scheduled meetings and events with fewer than 500 participants will take place as planned.
The business also includes hotels and restaurants. These are not currently affected by this request.
Should new guidelines or decisions be issued, we have effective processes and procedures in place.
Below are some of the extra measures we have adopted to date:
- Signs and instructions on general measures to prevent infection are displayed at our venue.
- Our public restrooms are being cleaned more frequently
- Disinfectant and soap are available in all restrooms
- Service areas with disinfectants are located at entrances
- We also have trained medical staff available
If you plan to visit us at the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre (Svenska Mässan) & Gothia Towers, please stay at home if you feel ill or if you have recently visited any of the risk areas listed on the website of the Public Health Agency of Sweden.
We have a complex situation with many involved who are affected, and we get many questions about consequences and actions. We will continue to update our website as soon as we can. We kindly ask for your understanding that we may need some time before we can share new information, and provide answers to all the questions that may arise. For information about our upcoming events, please visit their homepage.
